Rules, digital purchases, and how the shop is operated.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the ZEDX SMP Minecraft server, website (shop.zedxsmp.fun), Discord server, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

ZEDX SMP reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Who operates the shop

The shop is operated by the ZEDX SMP team as an unincorporated Minecraft community shop. Contact: contact@zedxsmp.fun. Discord: https://discord.com/invite/zedxsmp

Prices are shown in GBP at checkout as displayed. We do not quote a VAT number. If VAT applies to a purchase, it is handled according to the information Stripe shows at payment — we do not add a separate invented VAT line here.

3. Definitions

Server: ZEDX SMP and all related services.

User: Any person accessing or using the Server.

Virtual Items: In-game items, currency, accounts, ranks, crate keys, or services. They have no real-money value outside the official shop and cannot be cashed out.

Real-Money Trading (RMT): Any exchange of Virtual Items for real-world money or value outside official ZEDX SMP channels.

4. Age

You must be allowed to use Minecraft (and Discord if you use it). Purchases must be made by someone old enough to use the payment card (typically 18) or by a parent or guardian.

5. Digital purchases and cooling-off

Ranks, crate keys, and other store items are digital content or digital services delivered to a Minecraft account, usually immediately after Stripe confirms payment.

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel many distance contracts. Because fulfilment starts as soon as payment is confirmed, completing a purchase is a request for immediate delivery of digital content. If you do not want that, do not complete the purchase.

Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you cannot legally waive, including rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if digital content is faulty.

6. Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Cheats, Mods, and Exploits

  • No hacked clients
  • No movement modifications
  • No inventory modifications
  • No health indicators
  • No radar, ESP, or freecam
  • No auto-place or easy-place features
  • No macros, scripts, auto-clickers, mouse tweaks, or scrollers
  • No modifications that provide unfair advantages

6.2 Bugs and Exploits

  • No abusing bugs or glitches
  • No attempted or successful item duplication
  • All bugs and exploits must be reported to staff

6.3 Economy and Trading Violations

  • No real-money trading (IRL trading) outside the official store
  • No cross-server trading
  • No external gambling involving Server Virtual Items
  • No Discord boost or invite rewards involving in-game benefits
  • No selling or buying accounts, items, currency, services, or access outside official ZEDX SMP channels

6.4 Identity and Account Abuse

  • No staff impersonation
  • One account per player — no alt accounts
  • No attempting to discover or use the server seed

6.5 Community Abuse

  • No spamming voice chat
  • No harassment, threats, or disruptive behavior

7. Virtual Property

All accounts, virtual items, currency, and data associated with ZEDX SMP remain the exclusive property of ZEDX SMP. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use such virtual items while their account is in good standing. Virtual goods have no cash value.

ZEDX SMP reserves the right to modify, revoke, or remove virtual items or accounts at any time, without compensation or liability, except where UK law requires otherwise.

8. Enforcement

ZEDX SMP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove virtual items, and take any necessary action against users who violate these Terms. Punishments may be applied without prior notice and may extend to associated accounts.

All enforcement decisions are final unless explicitly stated otherwise by ZEDX SMP staff.

9. Third-Party Platforms and Services

ZEDX SMP may be accessed or discussed through third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to Discord, websites, social networks, and online marketplaces. ZEDX SMP is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any such third-party platforms unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Any offer, listing, advertisement, or transaction involving ZEDX SMP accounts, virtual items, currency, services, or access conducted through third-party platforms is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized by ZEDX SMP in writing.

10. Disclaimer and Liability

ZEDX SMP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where the law does not allow us to exclude them. ZEDX SMP is not responsible for losses resulting from bans, item removal, server downtime, or changes to gameplay or virtual items, except where UK law says otherwise.

11. Trademark Disclaimer

ZEDX SMP is an independent Minecraft server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, Discord Inc., or any other trademark holders. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
